Having just passed our first year anniversary, I thought I would take the opportunity to thank you and your team for your help and for making us so welcome at Cumberland House.
I remember being dazzled by Louise when, on our first day, she dealt with several calls and a visitor at the reception desk, at the same time making me a cup of coffee.
